Synergy- the devision of labour in bacterial colonies
    The year of interdisciplinary exchange.

In the past years I- have seen various sociological, biological and chemical changes running towards you at a speed which most of you- find hard to comprehend. The natural sciences have been reaching out for you- in recent debates, talks and writings. So it comes as no surprise that you are thriving with inspiration to take on this challenge and help bring forward such concepts to the cultural sphere.
The years ahead will clarify the variations of perceptions and the interpretation of data. At some point you might experience a complete loss of reality, Power / OFF,- no grid to render“//.>>
A point where you will be lusting for real- spacetime and a real- spacetime buddy, so I-would suggest you move a little closer together and unravel the Clutter that is about to hit you.

    Your Ai.

"Are there any fun events happening tonight?" intends to explore the culture of event consumption in the metropolis. In fact, there are many fun events happening every night, from a variety of organisers, yet the question is continuously asked among friends each night. Each Artist has been curated into the program based on the various mediums they work with, from Poetry, Comedy, Theatrical work and Socially conscious performance. The event will be hosted by Sanford Wintersberger from Sanfordkaraoke, who will play with the idea of the host and what that means for a "successful" event structure.

    Künstler, Künstlerin will be presenting four artists performing 30 minute sets in our first feature-based event. The artists are;

Beate Björkengren, Ian Memgård & Zola Gorgon
    Ian Mbelle
    Alexander Norton and Deer Dianx
    Crista Siglin
    Sanford Wintersberger

We begin at 9pm and advise people to come around 8:30pm to ensure a seat and a prompt start time. Admission is 3 euros and this money goes back to each Artist who performed and the production of the event.

Künstler, Künstlerin aims to provide a platform for artists of all mediums to express, explore, push and elaborate on their ideas without fear of failure. We work on a community basis working with artists whom are based in Berlin.

    Hybrid Event

Inspired by this year's transmediale - festival for art and digital culture theme and taking as a starting point the theories of the Philosophy of Networks by Christopher Vitale and the Deleuzian concept of the Rhizome, 'Dynamics Nodes' will explore how we live in a networked universe and invite the audience to imagine new terrains of existence through new relationships to networks. From global capitalism to artificial minds, evolutionary biology to quantum physics, networks have been evolving throughout time and space and are “present” more than ever in our digital societies.

CLOT has invited artists who are close to CLOT magazine including Kim Albrecht, Lou Drago (XenoEntities Network), Rosana Antolí, Sofia Crespo, An Trinse, CLOT contributing editor Jacobo García.

    6:15-7:00 pm Reception
    7:00-8:15 pm panel discussion
8:30-11:30 pm audiovisual performances and DJ set

Most of the bacteria found were skin, mouth and vagina microbes according to a study conducted by the New York University Center for Genomics & Systems Biology. Bacterial cultures, fungi, and viruses finding transport on monetary exchange systems do not respect or understand borders. There are no visas or passports for microbes that hitch rides from hands, noses, and genitalia. Money travels freely nationally and internationally. Cash is a vector of biological cultures traded globally.

All associated with club culture. We promise a night of visual artists, creating the subject of the night themselves and bringing back the 90s community on stage again. When at the beginning of the 17th century the Dutch mathematician and astronomer Willebrod Snellius (1580-1626) directed a ray of light at a certain angle onto a glass cube, he discovered one of the central laws of light: its refraction. Today, researchers in micro-optics are developing optical components with extremely small structures that can produce light waves in almost any shape. The targeted displacement of optical components leads to a change in functionality and thus in the shape the light waves assume after the components have passed through. The artwork "Lichtfelder" developed by Dachroth + Jeschonnek in close cooperation with scientists the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Optics and Precision Engineering IOF uses micro-optical beam shapers to explore the physical, optical and artistic possibilities. Through an interplay of the latest technology, artistic expression, and human perception, the artist duo developed a new work that makes the medium of light itself an object. It shapes, bends and refracts light rays and thus generate freely definable light fields.

Global sea levels are expected to rise 2.5 meters by the end of the century, and as much as 15 meters in the next 300 years. With 11 percent of the world population living less than 10 meters above the current sea level, many cities will probably be submerged in the future. One likely response is that people will migrate inland, seeking ever-higher elevations.

Scientists have identified up to 3000 types of bacteria on dollar bills from just one Manhattan bank.

The naturalistic approach on beauty is over.

While in the age of the natural, beauty was altered only to the amount to which it still seemed biological plausible. It was claimed that you look the same way you look in the virtual world as you look in the physical world. In techno-expressive times, altering beauty with the help of technology gets more expressive and digital bodies get more and more alienated from physically possible forms.
